Creating a luxury picnic can be a lot of work, and the best part is that you don't have to do it!  All you have to do is pick a date, pick a package, invite your guests, and leave the details up to us! Once you select your date and package, a 50% deposit is due with 48 hours (or the date will be released). You can provide us with the theme and any extras you want, we will discuss location, and will send a final invoice due 48 hours before your picnic! Then all you have to do is show up at our pre-discussed location and enjoy!  You will have two to three hours to indulge in your Luxury Picnic, depending on your package. 

• Cancellation policy: your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to change your date, we need two-weeks notice or your deposit is forfeit. Should the weather turn disastrous and we cancel your booking, we will reschedule your booking within three months free of charge.  We always recommend having a back-up location in case of rain. Indoor picnics can be a luxury experience, too!
• Balance is due 48 hours prior to Pop Up.
• You are responsible for all property during your Pop Up Picnic time and are liable for any damages and cleaning fees incurred. You may not leave the Pop Up Picnic unattended until your time has ended or our staff has arrived - if you do need to leave early, please contact our team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Keep in mind some parks do not allow alcohol or tents
• No smoking or pets allowed on Pop Up Picnic Detroit Property
• Pop Up Picnics must be set up within 50 yards of vehicle access.  Your picnic may only last past sunset if the area and path are well-lit.
• We must have adequate notice and specified set-up time if you include other vendors in your event.
• Additional Terms & Conditions will be sent to you with your final invoice

We set our company apart by pulling out all the stops and curating a special event, which means that we value feedback and communication.  We curate our Luxury Picnics by working closely with your expectations. We also know that there are many skill sets out there, which is why we have recommended vendors to make your event truly spectacular!

We just love the outdoors in Michigan, and it is most definitely the best spot for a Pop Up Picnic! We set up in backyards, neighborhood parks, metroparks, lakesides, street corners (just kidding)!  Some of our favorite spots are Belle Isle, Stony Creek, Lakeshore Park, George George Park, Quarton Lake, and Sylvan Glen Lake Park, but there are so many more to choose from - and trust us, we have been in some backyards that are pure paradise, so there are no limits to the perfect Pop Up Picnic spot!

Please note there is a Travel Fee of $4 per mile (this is round-trip) for picnics further than 25 miles from our base in Grosse Pointe Woods due to the extra time and distance for our staff.
